NHS shells out BILLIONS on TEMPORARY staff which could fund 66,000 NEW nurses

NHS TRUSTS in England spent more than £1.4 billion last year on temporary nursing staff which is the equivalent salary of nearly 70,000 newly qualified nurses due to shortages, a study has found.
